We want you to love your order. Please read our privacy policy carefully before placing an order.
Refund Policy
We do not accept refunds, except in the following cases:
Refunds are issued only if:
- Refunds are only issued once the customer sends proof (picture/video) of the damaged item.
- The product arrives damaged, we exchange it once, if the replacement also arrives damaged due to shipping, and the customer no longer wishes to proceed.
- A wrong product was sent by mistake and the product ordered was out of stock. (this is our responsibility)
- The product arrives damaged and the item is out of stock, making a further exchange impossible.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Customers may request an exchange if they do not like the product, on condition of paying the delivery fee.
- The exchanged item must be of equal or higher value.
- If the new item is higher in price, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the new item is lower in price, no refund or store credit will be issued.
Damaged items
