How to Use?

1. Make sure to clean the knife before grinding.
2. Place the sharpener on a flat surface.
3. Hold the sharpener with one hand, and the knife with the other.
4. Put the knife vertically into the V-Groove, with appropriate strength to pull straight back (not forward) as the direction of the arrow for several times until the knife sharpened up.
5. Put the knife vertically to the "Fine Grinding" V-groove to pull the knife backwards to achieve the optimal sharpness of the knife.

Note: Please check the position or angle of the knife into the V-groove and grind the knife again if is not sharp enough.

Important:
